Walk-ins are welcome when we have a gap, but we can’t guarantee a spot — especially on Wednesday evenings and Saturdays. Booking online is the surest way to get the time and technician you want.

Please call as soon as you know. We’ll always try to fit you in, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the service or rebook you so the next client isn’t held up.

Manage your booking through the confirmation email or text, or contact us directly. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice — see our policy for detail.

As a guide: express manicure around 30 minutes, gel manicure around 60 minutes, SNS dip 60–75 minutes, spa pedicure around 60 minutes, and a full set of lash extensions 90–120 minutes. Your technician will confirm on the day.

Yes — please do. A reference photo helps us match shape, length and colour, and we’ll tell you honestly what will work for your nails.

We do. Soak-off and lash removal are on the Price List, and are often discounted when booked with a new set.

We love younger clients for manicures and pedicures. For everyone’s safety around tools and equipment, children need to be supervised at all times — see our policy.

With normal wear, expect around 2–3 weeks before regrowth shows. Longevity depends on your nails and routine — wearing gloves for cleaning and using cuticle oil daily makes a real difference.

Not when it’s applied and removed properly. We prep gently, avoid heavy filing and soak off rather than peel. If your nails need a break, we’ll say so.

Let us know within 3 days of your appointment and we’ll repair it at no charge. After that, individual repairs are quoted on the day.

Come with clean, makeup-free eyes and skip caffeine right before if it makes you fidgety. Avoid waterproof mascara for a few days beforehand.

Every 2–3 weeks keeps a set looking full. If more than half the lashes have grown out, that counts as a new full set rather than a refill.

We recommend going mascara-free — the extensions do the work. If you must, use a water-based formula on the tips only and never waterproof.

We accept EFTPOS, all major credit and debit cards, and cash. A deposit may be required for longer appointments — see our policy.
